Hello,
My plan has expired. I'm looking to change plan now and made a payment to my account to activate the plan I want. But it does not allow me to change plan as my balance shows at 0.
Please help me to change the plan and activate the account with new plan.

Confirm your cc was charged. If yes, you will need help from a mod to activate the plan. @Mary_M will help you with this. Send a private message with your account details if required.

Look again at your account to see if any Available Funds are showing. If so, try Change Plan >> pick your new plan >> activate now >> logout and reboot your phone. If that does not work, or you Available Funds are $0, send a private message to any moderator ( @Mary_M for example) with your phone number and a description of what has happened. DO NOT PAY AGAIN.
Meanwhile, if you need to make phone calls try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi, or on cellular data.
