Hello I have recently sign up with public mobile, I select this plan below, but when i signed in to my account the option is not there. Please help

@Mandy7 check your payment history to see how much you were charged. then make a one time payment for teh difference between the plan you want and what you paid. doing this will stop the mods from asking you to pay x, befor tehy can process teh changes.

@Mandy7 It may not be until tomorrow as they leave at 9 pm est.
Meanwhile, if you need to make phone calls try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi, or on cellular data.
To speed things up, you could login to your account and make a one time payment for the difference between the cost of the plan you do wish, and what you paid for the data only plan. Because of the discount for choosing 3 rather than only 1 service the price that difference should be quite small.

It is a 30 day plan, I ended up mistakenly picking the data plan instead of the 30 day created plan. I have no talk time, only data. I need help in changing it to:

@Mandy7 Login to your account and report what you see under My Add-ons. Did you sign up for a 30 or 90 day plan?
