Anybody else having issues setting up a mastercard for autopay? It never wants to accept MC

@richmond6205, did you check to match the address on your credit card statement?

On PM site, you should ALWAYS leave the APT field blank. You can try address without apt OR add the apt number as a prefix.
e.g. Address = "123 MAIN ST" or "100-123 MAIN ST"

 

It is also possible that your credit card is locked out due to too many failed attempts. In this case, you will need to contact the moderator team.

Some potential fixes you can try are:

  1. Leaving apartment number blank
  2. Using a different web browser
  3. Clearing web cache
  4. Making sure that the name on the card and address match your PM account

Heads up it can take up to 48 hours to get a reponse from them, as they are pretty busy.
