Can I pay with prepaid PM cards and still have autopay rewards?

Hey @bilal684 

As seen from other community users, as well as the post attached by @Jorno , you can gain Autopay Rewards, but you MUST have a credit card registered to your account.

If you were to make a one-time payment with a voucher, you will not be receiving any Rewards. Now, as @sabbie mentioned, if ever there are funds missing from your account, your credit card will be charged, therefore, if this is not something you want, I won't suggest trying it.

All in all, you will have to register a credit card on your account, no matter what.

I know other community members have already answered this question for you; however, click or tap here for the post where moderator @MarieHelene_L confirms that you can earn autopay rewards even when paying with vouchers (prepaid PM cards).

I have successfully done it in the past.

You can use prepaid Public Mobile cards and still receive autopay as long as you have a credit card saved on your account to enable autopay.

If there is a balance left after using all prepaid cards, it deducts the rest from your credit card.

Try to active the autopay on your prepaid card. If it works, you will see the reward on your account.

Yes you can.  However, you still need to register a credit card and check off auto pay.
