I'm on an Autopay plan and have been for a while. This morning I go to use my phone and it is not working - please advise.

Quickest way to resume your service is to login to your self serve account or dial 611 and make a payment manually.,

someone mentioned that the autopay is not working properly recently. So you can manually load your money and try it again. Besure to load money before due date in case if auto pay not working.
