Autopay not going through?

My autopay didn't go through, there is no issue with my card on my end. I've even been using the same card all day on small purchases so I know it works. I've tried making manual payments to no success, and even tried using another card to see if that made a difference but still no dice. 

 

Does anyone know what I can do? I have absolutely no service.

Try using incognito mode

Don't do it too many times your cc may be flagged, in that case contact moderator.

In a meantime you can get a voucher either in store or online to get your service up.

Once you make a payment you will have to click reactivate button in your self-serve, if that doesn't work you may have to restart phone or do lost stolen tick

Try searching this community forum for posts from others that had similar problems so you can try fix on own, because waiting for Moderators can take up to few days to reply.

Try using top up vouchers and dial 611 or *611 to refill your account.
