Today July 22nd is the auto pay day, but the payment has not happened yet. As a result, my phone is not working. I am singed up for Autopay. But it does not seem to work this time. Please look into it and see what is going on?

You need to contact the moderater for this type of issue. It will take anywhere from 3 to 5 days. That was my experience.

My Autopay also didn't get processed yesterday like it should have. My phone is now cut off. I keep asking for the reset password but never get the email to reset.

My CC is fine. I am using it everyday multiple times. It did not work even when I even use other credit card. It is PM's payment system glitch for sure.

If you can access your account, you should try manually making the payment from your credit card. It does give you that option where you can enter an amount to be paid.
Note that the while the amount you select will not include sales taxes, these will be included when the charge is put through.
That way you can see if your CC is okay, or if it a problem with the PM system.

Credit card information is all correct. According to the credit card company, there was no attempt from Public Mobile to withdraw any fund from my credit card. I try to update my credit card information with a new card. I have no luck yet. I am getting the follwing info.

The only times an autopay has failed for me is when the charge has been declined by the bank.
Even though obvious and you've probably already checked it but make sure your card has not expired. Secondly, ensure that your card has not been blocked by your bank due to a fraudulent activity or for some other reason.

@dwhwang76, if you have auto pay selected and phone service stopped after a renewal date had passed, then it definitely looks like an auto pay failure.
