Autopay Rewards not credited to my account

Hi there.  I'm on monthly autopay, with my credit card but I'm not receiving the $2.00 autopay bonus they offer.  Why not??  Thanks!

If you are an old member and on the old Rewards system…I hope you didn’t voluntarily opt in for the Points system!

How long have you been here? The $2 reward is no longer offered if you are on the points system. However, if you got an email that mentioned something about being able to get that reward then I firmly believe you're entitled to it. Otherwise, it's false advertising. I would ask support to credit you $24 for a year of that reward.

@AJK4 when did you join PM?

people joined after Jan 25, 2022 are on the new rewards program, Public Points. The $2 Autopay discount is no longer on the new program. Instead, you earn 5% back on rewards points for all spending with PM.  Collect to 15 points to redeem for $15 bill credit.
