Hello,
I tried topping up my payment for the month, but the system tells me it was unable to process my transaction becuase it couldn;t verify my credit card info. I've tried a couple of attempts, but it keeps giving me the same error. Autopay seems to also have failed as it hasn't automatically paid the amount.
MY credit card was recently reneed of its expiry date, but even when I put the new one in the system, it still hasn't worked. Any solutions? Thanks!

I am having a very similar problem, PM is unable to verify my credit card details. Spoke to my bank and they said there is no issue with my card and no detected activity from PM. Wondering if PM is having trouble with their payment systems at the moment? Waiting to hear back from Mods and will update here.

@WilliamM as long as you contacted the mods they will fix things. do you get notifications of private messaged in your email> if not turn that feature on in your setting page. tat way you do not need to be glued to the forum.

I've contacted the MOD team with the info. No I don't have a 2nd credit card and I'm worried my current one mabe blocked. Would removing and re-adding it into the system work?

do you have a second credit card?
leave out last digit of postal code
leave out uit number if in apartment
buy voutures ad use those
contact moderators. if yo atempted several times the system might block your creditcard
