Automatically getting data without approval

I can’t log on and I’m getting charged with top up without approval. Need credit back for this. How do I continue?

What's the issue with login?

Are you subscribed to automatic payments?

Do you know your 4 digit account PIN#?

You will need to contact customer support for overpaid funds.

@Stanley12345  can you select send code to email? Should have an option for didn't get this code?

If you can't sign in, how are tops being approved? 

Remember if you run out of data, PM does you send text messages to phone that you can add for more data.

If you cannot login use the chatbot to create a ticket.

if your got charged with plan renewal, that is normal.  

when you subscribed, there was a term saying they will use the care for Auto renewal and you have to check that box to continue.  So, you pretty much have agreed

if you do not want to continue renewing, you have to login to My Account and disable Autopay from  Payment page, click Manage Subscription, then turn off the Subscribed toggle.

Understand you cannot login My Account, you can try to use Forgot login name or Forgot password link on the login page to reset the password.  Or you can also ask support to help to login and/or disable autopay.
