I see an Automatic Top Up charged to my acocunt for $10, can you please explain what this is?

hi @timmy9 you have a $20 plan, and you have a $10 friend referral credit. So, $20 - $10 and you only need to pay $10 for renewal

as to Automatic, when you joined, there was a box you need to check to agree Automatic renewal every 30 days and you have to "check" to complete the activation

@timmy9  Did you just join public mobile and use a refferal code by any chance on the 50% off plan from last month . You might have had credit for $10 and needed to top of another $10 for $20 plan possibly
