Auto top Up

On FEB24,2024 we were charged $14.00+ tax shortly after signing with Public. We had, (and still have) very little data usage and do not remember signing up for these extra charges, and don't understand the reason or need for this Top Up.

hTideGnow - I am new to PM.  Today I saw a charge was made to my credit card in the amount of $15.95 plus GST a an "auto top up".  I did not sign up for any auto top ups, and I checked my usage, which is only 1.40 GB so no where near the limit.

I used the CS Agent link you provided in your post and have successfully submitted a ticket.   My referring friend never had any issues with PM, and I'm hoping for the same.  So thank you for your post!
