I have auto pay set up so I’m wondering why I can’t make a call or text today. The message says I don’t have an active Account! .?? Which I do!!!! I also received a text message on Friday saying my payment was due, but then it said ignore the message because I’ve already paid.

@Jen1976 same here! The payment finally went through without me having to do anything, but my account is still suspended 20 minutes later. Public Mobile is having a bad day with autorenewal...😡

Log in to your account and see if it says it is active.
When is your due date? You should get SMS from 611 at around noon if payment was (or not) successful.

@Jen1976 hello if the funds are not sitting in your available funds you may have to make a manual payment and then reactivate your account

@Jen1976 hi go into your account to see if it's active or suspended if it is suspended look for a reactivate button autopay does fail sometimes unfortunately
