@rsmoen

Is this message you're talking about?

If so, that message always appears around 6-7pm (on the 7th in your case) BEFORE the plan actually expires (at midnight). And will disappear only the next day (the 8th) after the payment is taken from your credit card (around 8-9am, sometime even later).

So, it's not really a "Suspension" if your service is not cut. Just one of the quirks you'll have to get used to at PM, unfortunately. 🙄

HI @rsmoen Surprise that your wife didn't get the text.  Maybe she blocked the PM text?  Did you wife get the PM text about the Christmas freebies then?

First off, your PM account is only 30 days in duration.

Secondly, if your phone features are working during that notification of Suspend...ignore the message. It's your regular plan is going through the renewal process and looks ominous, but will be ok in the morning.  😷

Just want to confirm, you are aware that PM is on a 30 days cycle and not monthly?

when was Autopay enabled?  Was it enabled couple months and always failed?  If that is the case, I suggest to try to enter a different card, then try to manual pay one day or two ahead of the payment due date and then finally let the Autopay try on the 3rd month after

Autopay might fail sometimes, but it it can pay  manually with the credit card on the system once, usually it is good after

@rsmoen : Does your phone work on the 7th and the 8th, with no noticeable break in service? If yes, then don't worry about the “suspended” status in Self Serve. The system is setup to cycle between Active and Suspended at every renewal for everyone. Best to not check self serve on your renewal day, less stressful that way lol.

This is the standard message everyone gets within a day of your payments including AutoPay.
