I signed up auto pay on my account xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx on April 20, 2022 and since then my payment had been moved up one day before the renewal. That means my payment period had been covered one day less every month. Can you explain why the renewal date is not the same every month? Thanks
Cynthia

PM is reporting 1 day short vs what it was like a few months ago.

No PM is not on a monthly cycle. It is a 30 day cycle so it changes by a day every second month.

All currently offered plans are 30-days in length. This means that the renewal date won't be the same each month.
