I have a phone with auto payment set for my son. There are hundreds of dollars in unauthorized payments on my CC. I NEED to cancel his plan ASAP

open up a ticket and request for a senior or supervisor as these entry level agent can only preform basic task. Also expect over 24-72 hours for them to just take a look into it, so the sooner you do this the better.

if you don't care he has no service and possibly lost his number, you can dispute the charge with your credit card, ask them to reverse it

PM will notice that and will cut your son's service immediately.  Your son will then have to sort it out by paying vouchers himself for 12 months

this is the quickest way to get your money back and assure he wont' be using your card for PM service anymore

he is an adult, the email is mine, but when I try to sign into the account it just goes to a general page

@dbld31962 As your son for the code to get into his account.

Is this a minor or adult child? Ask them for the code.

But, request the code again and this time ask for the code to be sent to email instead ( is the email yours) do you have access to it?

If not, the link to contact a Public Mobile agent to assist you was provided in the first email.

try to get the 2FA text to email.  click Didn't Receive code or Resend code, then see if email is there.

if you don't see it, then you will need to ask PM agent to help.  But with PM agent, if the account is set as his name, you should contact PM agent as him, not your 🙂

How do I get into the account ? All I have is his phone number

I can not sign into the account, it sends it to his phone. I only have his phone number

You would need to verify the transaction with your son. If the account runs out of data, Public Mobile will send an SMS to the phone to accept more data at cost$,$$.

All one has to do is simply reply to the text accordingly. 

What is the issue why you say there are hundreds of dollars in unauthorized charges? Also, the prices have increased last October and April depending on which plan your on.

Anyhow, to cancel the account you need to do that yourself. 

Sign into your My Account,  slide the Subscribed button to Unscrbibed. 

After 90 days of rhe account not being paid or if there is no money on the account to cover the balance the account will be closed and the phone number will be lost or returned to the original carrier.

@dbld31962 What are the unauthorized payments? FromPM? Is your son buying data? You will have to sign into here with his account and contact customer service and ask them to remove the CC from the account.
