I'm thinking about switching to Koodo and I already pre-paid for this upcoming 3 month. Can we get a refund for the rest of the months we haven't used?

Sorry but PM is a prepaid service, there are no refunds.

@mhcheng, PM doesn't offer refunds. It is a prepaid service. They agree to provide service to your number for the 90 days that you pay for. If you port out that number your account is closed and there will be no refund.

Public Mobile is a prepaid service and doesn't offer refunds for unused portions of a partially used plan. (This is common practice with all prepaid providers, not just PM.)
