All my family members got cut off today although I have autopay turned on and card is current. In fact I went and did a payment on the site using the card on file and it worked. So there is definitely a problem with your autopay system. Please advise if I will be up against this again next month.

@peini All the advice given is good. Manually topping up your account is the best way to be sure it wont happen again. I do see quite often that autopay will fail the second time around. Just get in the habit of manually paying ahead of time.

As others have mentioned, PM AutoPay isn't fail-safe.
I also read the same thing here in forums. Since I have to pay monthly bills anyways, I make it a habit to check and top-up PM accounts for all family members (especially those who I referred).

My wife and I are on the same day on the same card. My daughter a few days later on same card. Everything was working fine for months. Just failed starting now.

Are all your family members renewing on the same day?
How many accounts is that? And is everyone using the same credit card?
The reason I am asking is cause multiple transactions by Public Mobile on the same credit card may be rejected as this can be considered suspicious fraud activity. I believe the limit is 3 PM accounts per credit card.

If there's a glitch in the autopay system...try manually loading $$ into Available Funds to cover your plan costs. You'll still get the autopay reward and until the glitch can be addressed, this will work to renew your plan.

@peini AutoPay is finicky and in my opinion not reliable. It's not a matter of if but when it fails. Best to set reminders a couple of days before renewal and make manual payments. That's what I do. Better safe than sorry.

You should add fund to your accounts and click the reactivate your plan link to get your phones working again first. Then, create moderator support ticket using the ? button at the right hand bottom corner of this page. Moderator wait time is up to 2 days. This is the reason I recommend to pay and get your phones working ASAP.
