Hi,
I had auto plan update from 120$, 90 Days, 6 GB TO 120$, 90 Days, 12GB today but it did not work. I alredy had 120$ deduction from my bank account. I also see this message on my PM account:
Your account has been suspended. Make a payment to reactivate your current plan.

Meanwhile, if your service is down you can make phone calls with an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi.
Be sure to mention your service is down.
