I have request a SIM card online, but after 2 weeks it still doesnot arrive. Now I have purchased a public mobile SIM card from the store .So i ask a refund of the SIM card online,thank you!

Only a mod can help you. You will have to contact them. We are just members like you and can't do anything. I'm sure they will be able to help you.

@happyzheng It's very important that you immediately delete that picture from your account. Anyone with an internet connection can see your personal contact information.
To remove the picture, click on your account user avatar and go into My Profile. From there, open up My Photos. Click All Images. Put a check mark in the box with the picture. Click Image Options and tell it to delete it.
To ask for a refund of the sim card that didn't arrive, you'll have to ask the moderators for that. Open https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/ and once that's open, type in "rep".
