Yes, If you have received a CPO device and it gives grief recognizing SIM while the same SIM works in other phones then contact support agents either by chatbot or via direct msg to CS_Agent.

@rudolfbc - but, IF, you happen to get one and it is locked (overlooked on PM's side), then you should be able to submit a ticket have them unlock it without issue.

All phones are sold unlocked in Canada since 2017 from carriers.

In fact, any device sold by a mobile provider after December 2017 must be sold unlocked and may not be locked to a carrier.

HI @rudolfbc Yes, all CPO phone sold by PM are unlocked and can be used on any other carrier
