My father was trying to sign into his account when he was prompted after one failure to wait an entire hour before signing in again; furthermore, the option to reset his password was locked for some preposterous reason. One hour later I try to reset his password for fear of only getting one chance to do so when it prompts a security question he never programmed; in addition, his father doesn't even have a middle name. What is really going on here? I'm not going to wait another hour for the password to reset or because he was locked out. This is absurd.

@ICJ try to log in using the password that you changed it to the first time. Stay safe.
