Applied for a number transfer right days ago. Nothing is happening

i signed up on the 23rd and requested a number transfer.  I waited the required amount of time but nothing happened.  I have since submitted two tickets and nothing.  I have until the end of today before my old number will no longer be active.  I need my number transfer to go through.  I can't get anyone to respond to me.  What do I do?

That worked. I was able to speak to an agent who helped me.  I asked about being credited for the 8 days I did not receive service. He said I would need to come back here to ask someone else about this, as he does not have access to my account info.   Who do I reach out to about this?  Thank you again for your help this far!

@MegzTicket

You will need to continue conversation with the customer service agent.  They are PM employees and sometimes will offer credit.  Community members on this forum are customers like yourself.  We have no access to customer's accounts.

Edit:

Sorry, re-read your post.  You talked with Telus team porting agent.  You will need to submit ticket for customer service agent (PM employee) for possible credit.

Send a ticket via the chatbot to customer service agent (CSA) via link:

Original provider was Petrol Canada.  I am not seeing anything from you yet with a number to call.  That would be very helpful though.

@MegzTicket

who was your original cell provider ?

I sent you a number you can call to get your port request re-started. The little envelop icon on top right side of page should be highlighted.

Yes, I did.  I haven't touched the old SIM.  I am still waiting for a text to approve the number transfer. Nothing has come, despite repeated requests and submitting several help tickets
