Hey @Edison53,
The Apple Pay will work on PM. Apple Pay uses Secure Element technology and is sim-independent. Go ahead and try it when its available to you. You will need NFC capable iPhone which is 6 or newer.

@Edison53, if it requires an "NFC compatible" SIM card, then no. Public Mobile does not have NFC compatible SIM cards at the moment.
