I'm trying to activate my old plan and cancel my old one. At step 6, "activate", the app came back with a page that just says "subscription not activated" and to get support. All other functions of the app are blocked. What do I do?

@Jane191 you need PM to complete the registration
open ticket by using Chatbot icon on the lower right. Just type the question Submit ticket, them choose Contact Us to get to the ticket open form
