What is the make and model of your phone? It is running an older OS or the App Store is not set to North America location.

My app works, just tested and confirmed after seeing your message
Reboot phone and try
if still cannot open, try uninstall and reboot phone and reinstall
and also use My Account on the browser, same info as app
