I have a Cdn plan with a 10-day US data, talk & text add on. I've used 1/3 of my data and purchased the plan 6 days ago, when I arrived in the US. Everything has worked perfectly up until today. This morning I woke up to a "welcome to Public Mobile in the US" text message, which was strange, and my service has been terrible. No internet connection inside buildings, no service or 1-2 bars max outside of buildings, I can't make or receive calls, and texts either don't send, are delayed, or (rarely) send right away.
I've rebooted my iPhone 4 times today. My PM account shows all is in order. Why isn't my phone working properly?

In Canada there are no network issues that I heard of. Voice, text and data work in Canada.
