Answering machine messages

I usually am unable to listen to my messages. While I am typing in my password, there is a beep that says it is invalid. I have tried setting new passwords. What is my next step?

Since you have already tried resetting your password I would open a ticket through the Chatbot: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

...and then type: Customer Support Agent
