(Another One) Can't access my account

I got locked out of my account approximately a year ago, maybe longer. I never actually followed up with any steps to log back in - service was still working fine and all I wanted to do was check some info. I think I tried too many password attemps, and my account got locked out.

 

But now I'm about to switch phones and still can't log in. 

 

The message I've got today (and a year ago) when I try to enter my e-mail in the 'forgot password' link is:

 

Sorry, you've been locked out. Please contact Public Mobile for help.
 
Of course, I have no number to call, so I think I have to post my message here? Not going to post my e-mail or my phone number in this thread, but I think a mod would need that to help out.
