Hello, my esim activation has failed. I deleted all esims and tried to re-add from the QR code. It immediately fails and says to contact my provider. The number port was successful as my old service no longer functions. I am now without service. I have messaged support with no answer.

the little envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond to you.

it depends, check your inbox every few hours to see if there is a response

- Monday to Friday: 9AM- 10PM EST
- Saturday and Sunday: 9AM- 10PM EST

once you delete the qr code..that esim is dead...you need a new one.Use this link to message the Customer Support.
