An extra charge was place on on my card one for the Sept 12 and one for Sept 13 should have been
only charge once

Are you seeing the charges on your account?
If it is on your account, please note that the first price is indicating your subscribed plan (non-charge). The second price is the Top -up for your subscription (charge).
If it is showing on your CC statement, make sure that the first is a pending (non-charge) and the second is a posted (charge).
If it both at posted charge then contact a CS_Agent by private messaging for a credit refund at:

Do you see that extra amount in your balance here? Did you recently sign up? Did you have initial troubles signing up? Is the second charge showing as pending? Is someone else using the phone, like a kid?
