Alternate Phone Number Regex Help Error

Trying to activate with the sim card, and port in my number from Virgin mobile.

I get this error at the second page with the mandaotry entry for alternative number.

I cannot get thru after trying different browsers and device.

What can I do?

This happened to me too. The only solution is staff help--it's not your fault, it's the website's. pm moderators! 🙂
