All good!! Everything sorted out going to give PM a go. A little frustrating when you can’t talk over the phone with a person.

@Julia009 happy to hear you got it working. If you ever encounter issues or have questions this community is a great place to start, lots of friendly customers looking to help others out 😊

Biggest part was not able to talk to anyone over the phone. Which what I’m paying for.. lucky enough I got it sorted out. But thanks for your quick reply.

@Julia009 you can certainly go back to Virgin but you won't get any refund.  Probably better to port out the line closer to the end of the current Dickerson you don't lose money

But what problem do you encounter? Other than helpdesk is different, the mobile service is as good as other providers

Are you unhappy with your new service because of a specific issue that you could use some help with? I have been a Public Mobile customer for just over a year and have brought over more than 10 family members/friends who are all happy customers. Maybe we can help before you decide to leave?

@Julia009  You can port back to your old provider (or any for that matter) but unfortunately, PM is a prepaid service, meaning that refunds are not going to be issued. So maybe its best to let this cycle run its course before you leave so you at least dont lose the monthly investment. Maybe porting out after 25-26 days is the best option for you? that said, if the system failed and you feel its right that you request reimbursement, you can open a chat using the orange message bubble and start a conversation with a CS_Agent. Hope this helps
