Hi,
when I try to update my address in my profile. It wont autofill my address and says its invalid. Is it possible to get this changed manually by someone?
Also, once its changed, is it possible to get a bill resent with the up to date address? I forgot to change it before I moved and need it for banking purposes.

While you wait, you need to build the address. Start with the street number and see what it finds in the pop out box. If you have a unit number then type it and the street address as ####-####. And wait for any results. Then type in the street name. Wait for results. If you have directions in the street name then try different variations.

Since it says invalid you can speak to a Public Mobile CS agent and they can change it for you.
