what addon did you get?
It might be a browser cache problem and it was showing old cached page, please login My Account again using Incognito mode.
Also, check payment history https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/payment-history and see if it shows the purchase went through successfully
if you still don't see the addon you got, please open ticket with PM support
