How do I add data to plan once I have reached and passed my limit. As now I am passed 8 and I no longer have access to internet unless wifi enabled.

How much data do you need? You can purchase add on data ($15/1gb) or renew your plan early or change your plan. Renewing your current plan requires customer support assistance. Which plan do you have? There are several new promotional plans in self serve and a promo glitch plan you can change to immediately.....

 

  • $40/15gb of 4G data
  • $45/20gb of 4G data
  • $55/20gb of 4G data....add $20OFFMONTHLY to the promocode box to recieve this discount for $15 months making the plan $35/20gb for that duration. (It's a glitch that pm isn't fixing so it's available to all customers currently.)

Log into your self-serve account, and then click Plan and Add-On's on the left side, then tap Shop Add On's

 

From there, you can purchase add-ons if there's a registered payment card on the account.  If not, you'll need to add funds to the account at least equivalent to the add-on purchase price desired.

 

The great thing about add-ons is they'll not expire until they're consumed, which means they'll carry over to your next renewal.   

 

Public Mobile has lots of great deals on data plans right now, specifically on the 4g side of things.  You can also peruse them while you are there.   If you do decide to change plans, be sure to schedule it for your next renewal and not do an immediate plan change as you'll forfeit whatever's left on your current cycle.
