To get your own referral code, login to your My account, and you will see a banner on top with your code there

When the person activate the new account, on the payment step where you enter the credit card number, there is another box at the bottom to enter the friend referral code

each account/phone number on PM system is unique and not linked, i.e, no family account and you cannot add a second phone to your existing My Account

To get another account with PM, you need to activate a new account using another email address.  But remember to take advantage of the friedn referral bonus.  Get the referral code from your first account and use it when you activate the new account.
