My boyfriend just put $58.00 on his $50 plan that gives him unlimited talk nation wide and unlimited international text and 6GB of data a month, he applied the money on the day his phone bill was due, but it won't take the money. He has had nothing but problems since he got hooked up with Public Mobile and he needs his plan to work since this is his work cell phone. We have been into Walmart to try and resolve this solution but apparently they can't port his number to a new SIN card and so we don't know what to do. We need to resolve this so someone please help. Thanks

We have tried switching plans and porting the number but nothing is working. I have messaged the mods

@Becca-2446 mods are replying 72+ hours to messages. If you have not tried any of the above tricks then that is the first thing I would do

@Becca-2446 please don't go to Walmart for support. They are only helpful for activations. The way to get support is to contact the moderator team via private message through the community. But first, maybe try the trick @mimmo mentioned.

Edit if the system is not charging your credit card (not taking the money) buy a voucher from recharge.com and use that to pay.

Does the plan have available balance greater than plan cost if yes try the lost stolen mode in self serve
