I purchased an add-on. Money was deducted at instant but plan was not activated. What to do now? I am thinking that I wasted my money.

Purchasing add-on will not activate your plan if it's suspended. You need an active plan for an add-on to work.
If your plan is active you can login then go to https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/plan-and-Add-ons/ChangePlanLandingPage/?PageRedirect=Redi... to make the actual purchase since you already put the money on your account.
If your account is not active you will first need to activate your account, click on reactivate button then put enough money for your plan and then restart your phone.

Hi @meet no you didn't waste your money. Go to your self serve account and check your Available Funds. then follow instruction already suggested above

@meet Look in your balance. If money is there, go through purchase steps again. It'll work now because money is there.

check if you have "available funds" in your account.
purchasing add-ons is a two step process. go back and repurchase the add-on to apply it to your account
there is also a free 2gb data add-on and a 500 min international gift from public mobile to all existing customers. if you haven't already, you should also apply those to your account
