I burned through my data and put a voucher on. I tried to add data through self serve but can't remember my 4 digit pin. How do I get a new pin

The 4 digit PIN isn't need to log into self serve. Is ithe account pasword that has been forgotten or was the self serve account never set up before?

@Bbrake you can contact moderators : click the "?" in lower right side of the page, type "contact moderator", and follow directions, OR send a message: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

If you have an Android and it's the original one you used when first signing up to Public Mobile.

 

open message app

Click 3dots on top right (some might have 3 dots in middle or bottom)

Click settings

Click advanced

Click sim card messages.

 

Your pin might be there. If it's not you'll have to contact moderators as said above.

@Bbrake   You have to contact the moderators to get one. Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen.  This connects to the autobot Simon.  Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one.  (CLICK on account specific question and human and submit a ticket)

You could check some old text messages from PUblic mobile.  When you activated, you should have gotten a text form PM with your PIN Number.

 

Do you have access to your self service account? YOu can complete purchase of add on via your self service account.  

 

Otherwise, you will need to contact moderator to get a new PIN number.

Click on the question mark on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to contact moderator.  Type: Contact moderator. Follow the prompts to submit ticket.
