I accidentally purchased an international long distance add on.  I was adding funds to my account, then checking out add one after.  My tablet skipped and made me make the purchase.  I have no one who I'd even call internationally.  Can this be refunded, or the $15 Just be transferred to go towards my next payment?

@saratester, it happens and as stated it can be used to call the US or other numbers in Canada if you only have Province wide calling.  But if you still decide you don't need it you will need to contact the Mods.

@saratester those can be used for calling the usa or Canada or if you travel to a different province to call home or receive calls etc. If you still don't need them contact a mod via private message as others started. Let us know how it goes

@saratester.  Those things happen.  You can ask the moderators, and maybe they can do something for you.  They are gone for the day, but will be back at 9AM(EST).  Just send them a private message with your account details, and what happened, and they'll get back to.
