I run out of data
I paid add-on 3G and i was charges in that instant. 12 hours have gone and I still can NOT use my service I paid for.
Any suggestions ?

if the add-on clearly showing on your My Account, please open ticket with PM support for further investigation

tried reboot your phone?
And if you are on Android, make sure your disable the data limiter, could be the data limiter blocking the mobile data
