How do I get a refund for a add on I don’t need, I’m in the US and received a text message saying I need a roaming add on, my plan is a Canada/US plan

Ignoring it sounds about right, just gotta remember what your plan is, and if the bill comes up something different, it's easier to just contact them after the fact.

Or log in to your account and check your payment history and your add-ons list for any sign of the add-on. It's a suggestion, not an offer. I'm sure you didn't proceed to go ahead and buy an add-on when you already have that plan.

the Welcome test just try to ask you to spend money on roaming, if you are not buying, just ignore it.  Nothing was done
