I paid for an add on and it showing active but is not available for ise. Whenever i try to use it, it says u dont have whereas in add ons it shows active. Very frustrating. What to do?

Yes make sure you have the correct add-on.
Please note that the Roaming add-ons are for use only while you are in USA.
If you need to contact Moderators for help, PM prefers its customers to submit a ticket.
To submit a ticket to Moderators: Click the green question mark at bottom and enter your question into SIMon. Answer the prompts until you get to the Contact Us button, click it and a Submit Ticket button should appear.
