@Bhul0020, there are some glitches in teh addon purchase process going on.  If you login to self serve and see that you have the right amount of funds in your "AVAILALBLE FUNDS" you can try the purchase again and it will take money from there or you can call *611 and use the automated phone system *if* you remember what your pin is.
