Add-on doesn't work

Hi. I would you like to help me.

I added the Add-on "400 min Intl Long Distance (Incl Canada & US)" but it doesn't work.

I am using $25 plan. It includes:

・500MB + 500MB at 3G Speed

・Unlimited Canada-wide Talk

・Unlimited International Text

After I added the Add-on, I tried making a phone call to a foreign country but it didn't work.

Do you have any ideas?

@AyaponIf you are not too attached to this service, I suggest moving to Koodo Prepaid instead since their international dialing package includes Japan.

Buy a calling card for Japan, or multiple countries you’d like to call, with a local to you access number.

@Ayapon  Yes, that is correct. As an alternative you can install Hangouts Dialer then add some funds and call Japan using the app.

Remember that the 400 minute International Add-on takes 2 steps to add to your account. First step is to pay for it, second step is to go back and select that plan. Usually works right away.
