Add on Data usage shows 50% used when i did not use cellular data

if the wrong usage is showing on the app, make sure you click on Usage Breakdown on the main app page and it will show you the actual addon usage

if it still showing wrong, ask Pm to check.  You can open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

Hey @Aj30 

Data updates 2 times daily. Sometimes website and app are incorrect. Go to browser settings, clear cache history and cookies. Restart browser and you should get a close to more accurate reading minutes last few hours or so.
