Add on data not working

I purchased 3gb add on data but it's not working. My phone is telling me I'm out of data

hi @Emmadge try reboot your phone and make sure the mobile data limit is not enabled 

also, check if the login is showing up again,make sure you click Usage Breakdown under the metre to see all the add-on

and when you login , please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again
