Of course, @darlicious
Re your statement, "I think it is imperative to explain to new contributors give the correct information rather than guess or as it sometimes happens just baffle them with bull patties."
Certainly there's no room to mislead or misdirect customers (with "bull patties", as you put it -LOL), however some questions are so vague/poorly presented that it leaves everyone wondering and trying to guess what it is they're really seeking.
In those cases - - I have no issue with people trying to guess and get to answers based on the limited information in the question.

While I agree it doesn't have to be the "best" answer and the OP decides what is the "correct" answer or solution to their question. I think it is imperative to explain to new contributors give the correct information rather than guess or as it sometimes happens just baffle them with bull patties.
Which is very different from offering ones opinion, suggestions or comments. When the question asked requires a definitve answer about (mostly) pm plans, policies, services etc... then the information needs to be correct. Everything else and everyone has their own opinion and there's nothing wrong with that (within the T o S.)

Hi @Bear2
YES, anyone can offer information.
If you've got anything you feel may be helpful - offer it. It doesn't have to be the 'correct' answer or the 'best' answer. That'll be for the OP (original poster) to decide. You'll likely soon find out which responses worked and which didn't - that's how we learn.
Sometimes the most simplistic of suggestions may rectify a problem.
So, YES, post away!!!

Everyone is encouraged and welcome to participate and contribute to the community. What is important is to give the correct information or answer to a question. Take the time to learn, to read, to research about public mobile and its services. Use the search bar....it can be your best friend. Type in a question or a few key words and tap go. A plethora of topics will pop up with a green check mark indicating a solution. If you find a few with the same solution its likely the right answer.
Feel free to add your opinion to a discussion. Ask a question when you don't understand a response. Start your own thread like you did with this one. Reach out privately if you want some personal advice ( my mailbox is always open!) Bravo when you learn something new, or agree with the post and take a little time to award a solution so you can get some perspective or varied opinion. Not every thread has or needs a solution.
Welcome to public mobile and welcome to the community. We're always happy to help.

Hello @Bear2 ,
Anyone can ask, respond, comment, etc. on the Public Community forum.
You do not even have to be a Public Mobile customer to do this; you just need a Community account to be a member to participate.
All the while, to follow the Community Terms of Service:

Everyone is free to paricipate, especially if you have the answer that the other member is looking for.
