Is your SIM card's PUK or is it the SIM Network Unlock PUK that you need? What does it say on the phone's display? The first type meanst aht you'll have to ask a Public Mobile customer support agent for that code. That can be done by asking for a customer support agent through: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
If your phone is asking for the SIM Network Unlock PUK, your phone is locked to another carrier and you'll have to ask that carrier for help.
